BRAND NEW WITH TAGS (the orange one doesn't have tags but its BRAND NEW)...They both has a slit/hole in the back at the bottoms (see pics)...Wouldn't be noticeable if paired with pants or shorts...Also the stripped one looks like some of the color at the bottom on the F may have bleed a little however it may come out in the wash but very light not super noticeable...Smoke-free home
