The inside of the lid has it's original paper insert label with wording in columns of German, English, and French.

The lid itself has a small crack that looks to be due to shrinkage with age- the corners and trim pieces look good.  Please examine all photos for details.

This is a double comb style box and no teeth appear to be missing. The winding mechanism in the front of the box works smoothly as well as the on-off lever on the left side of the box.

Serial number 2636

10 discs (9 1/2") are included and each has the song title printed in all three languages.  Some of the print has worn with age and use but I am able to read enough to list the titles below.  I have not played all of the discs but happy to answer any questions you may have.
