• I obtain a Certificate of Posting from Post Office for every item sent.

  • Note: Does say "Free Sample/Not For sale" on packaging. They were bought and did not get them for free

        • Look at photo, please! Sample is not full to the top, just 1/2 because the bottle is bigger than 1.5ml, but it is still brand new and unused.  This is the way it has been filled by the manufacturer and contains the amount stated on the manufacturers packaging.

        • All claims of items not as described and non receipt must go through the Resolution Centre so that these can be recorded, investigated and monitored.

    I advise e Bay, PayPal & the Royal Mail Investigations Security Team if buyers claim that they have not received their parcels as all parties need to be aware if there is a problem in a particular area. 'Missing' parcels equals theft somewhere along the line.
