International Bicentennial Spoon Set 13-pc Complete with Wooden Display Rack 1776-1976. Wooden rack has small crack in back panel towards the bottom but not visible when rack is on display. Great condition. My mom bought these in 1976. Complete 13-piece set of original 13 colonies. Most likely silver plate or pewter. Each spoon is stamped on back with "International I S Bicentennial 1776-1976". 13 colonies spoons have the state seal in the bowl of the spoon and the year the state entered. Some surface wear from age/cleaning.
