• Brand New - An item that has never been used. This includes but is not limited to; items that are factory sealed in plastic wrapping, have "sealing stickers" (such as on collector's edition games) or any item that has not been opened from its original brand new packaging regardless of it having been sealed or not (such as Nintendo consoles). Nothing is perfect, items listed as brand new may have a varying degree of damage and/or imperfections such as, rips/tears/scratches in plastic wrapping or wear/damage to boxes. Detailed notes will be added at the top of the listing to any new item deemed to have major flaws.

• Very Good - An item that is above the general expectation of a Used item, having minor damage if any. Game discs may have a few scratches and/or blemishes visible in the right light. Game cartridges may have minor wear to the label and/or other signs of use. Instruction manuals may have minor bends/creases and/or minor wear to the edges/corners. Game cases may have scratches/marks, minor punctures in plastic, and/or bends/creases in the cover art. Boxes may have minor wear/damage to the edges/corners.

• Good - An item in general used condition with noticeable damage. This condition is the most widely used for standard damage occurring to a previously owned item. Game discs will have scratches/scuffs, cartridges will show signs of use, may have writing on the cartridge and/or have scratches/wear/damage to the label. Instruction manuals will have noticeable creases/wear/bends to the pages and/or corners. Game cases may have scratches, stickers, residue, punctures in plastic,  water damage or dents in steelbooks. Game boxes may have creases, bends, water damage, wear or other damage.

• Acceptable - An item given the lowest condition possible, having major damage. For those who just want to use the item and are not concerned with how it looks. Game discs will be covered in scratches and/or writing/marks on the disc. Game cartridges will have significant signs of use such as scratches/marks/writing, the label may be ripped/torn, torn off or have suffered major water damage. Instruction manuals may be ripped, torn, missing pages or have suffered major water damage. Game cases/boxes may be broken, ripped, dented, torn or have suffered major water damage or have any other form of damage. Any game given this condition has been tested and determined to be functional.

• N/A - Not Applicable, a term used for instruction manuals when the game did not originally release with a manual. May also represent missing or not included items.

Any game disc given a condition of Acceptable has been tested and determined to be functional. Tested games startup and load into the game world without any issues.

Shipping is only offered to residents who live in Canada and the Continental United States of America, this may exclude Puerto Rico and any other states/territories where the purchase of shipping labels is not available.
