It has not been restored since and will need to address the recording issue and a full replacement of a vital parts.

Item is in good cosmetic condition.
Unit has some scuffs, few scratches, some dusty particles and a vanished printings.
Major damages are not present.
Inside battery compartment some oxidation is present.
Battery compartment cartridge has rust on some contacts.
Battery cartridge inserts and stays locked when in place.
Tape compartment is in good condition, with a some dust inside.
All tape commands are mechanically responsive.
During testing unit was able to play a tape at a proper speed.
Speed could be properly adjusted.
Winding a tape was also possible.
Please NOTE that recording is not functional.
Unit can be set to record manually, but no signal can be transferred to tape.
Unit will not erase a tape during that time.
During that time, tape transport is functional, but what you monitor is a actual content on a tape, no input from a side.
Light notification LED`s are working.
Tape counter is functional.
No other accessories are included in sale.
