Returns Policy

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days (30 days International) from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day (30 day international) period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections
