**Product Satisfaction Commitment:**

We uphold the quality of every product we vend. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we are delighted to facilitate an exchange or refund of the product cost, excluding Shipping & handling charges, within 30 days from the time of receiving your purchase.

**Return Eligibility:**

For any exchange or refund to be processed, we require either the original receipt or a verifiable record of the purchase within our system. Furthermore, the product must be in its original condition, encompassing the packaging, UPC bar code, box, and all accompanying accessories.

**Initiating Returns:**

Before proceeding with a return, please reach out to us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted or processed.

**Return Shipment Requirement:**

All returns must be accompanied by a tracking or delivery confirmation number, verifying their successful delivery back to our warehouse.

**Non-refundable Charges:**

Regrettably, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% will be levied on all returns.
