All prices are in Canadian dollars. USA buyers will see conversion rates in US dollars at the time of checkout. All currency conversion are done by eBay and we have no control over it.

 Taxes and Duties

Tax will be assessed for all Canadian residents according to their location, with no customs or duty charges within Canada.

Tax will be applied to all US residents based on their location, and USA buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

US buyers only pay US tax not Canadian or Both.

Please note that eBay collects taxes for both Canadian and US customers.

Shipping

Our standard shipping process involves dispatching your order within 2-3 business days of your cleared payment. Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within Canada and the USA. Rest assured, we always select the optimal shipping method for your specific destination, utilizing Canada Post for Canadian customers and FedEx/UPS for customers in the USA.

Returns

If you've mistakenly purchased the wrong item, please return it to us for a refund. In this case, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and initial shipment. We can only accept returns if the item remains unopened and still sealed. Our items are equipped with a security seal, and if this seal is broken, we cannot accept the item for a refund, return, or exchange.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, you will be eligible for a full refund, with the exception of shipping costs, brokerage fees, custom duties, and any gift-wrapping charges, if applicable.

We do not accept returns for items that have been tested, used, opened, or damaged. Be assured that we thoroughly test all items in accordance with the listing specifications before shipping them.

Please note that we do not accept returns for tester perfumes that we offer for sale.
