B-Ionic Calcium Buffer is the original, unique, easy to use, two-component liquid supplement system, which does not contain any organic compounds. It solves many of the problems associated with other forms of calcium and alkalinity supplementation. This product was developed as a result of our new approach to aquarium additive formulation, "Balanced Ion Technology".

B-Ionic Calcium Buffer is sold as a unit, which consists of 2 bottles (component 1 and component 2), plus a measuring beaker(except 2 gallon). When used as the sole source of calcium and alkalinity, ESV recommends daily additions of 1 ml. of component 1 and 1 ml. of component 2 per 2 gallons of aquarium water. As a calcium and alkalinity booster for aquaria using kalkwasser, ESV recommend half that dose. Since each aquarium has its own unique dynamics associated with calcium and alkalinity depletion, these dosages can vary as dictated by calcium and alkalinity test results. In general, ESV recommends maintaining 3.0 - 3.75 meg/L alkalinity and 400 - 450 ppm calcium ion concentration. Since B-Ionic Calcium Buffer is in liquid form, additions to the aquarium are quick and simple (no mixing or measuring of powder involved). The time required is usually less than the time it takes to feed your fish.

Shipping Info

We ship UPS orders within 24 hours of cleared payment (Monday - Friday). USPS orders ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. To view shipping cost click on the Shipping & Payments tab and enter the quantity you are interested in. We ship out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. All items listed on auction are physically in stock. We do have rare cases where inventory can be misplaced/lost in the warehouse, in these rare cases, we will contact you ASAP and offer your choice of a refund, alternative product, and/or ETA if you wanted to wait for the item.

International Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees or additional charges incurred during shipping

We ship USPS and UPS. We cannot ship gift or sample marked international packages or list a reduced value on the customs invoice. Please note electrical requirements for your countries electric grid. All products we sell, unless noted otherwise are 110v 60hz with a USA plug.
