I believe this is close to 100 years old, it could be polished up but I left the patina on it in case the winning bitter wants that. It is a hanging adjustable painting or picture lamp. It is made of mostly iron or pressed steel so it has a light surface rust Petina. The cord I believe is original and it’s over 12 feet long. The turn switch is also original and has a large “ M”on both sides. The lightbulb in it is Not an antique it is an LED that fits perfectly. I will include it and it works. As far as I can tell everything but the lightbulb is original to this lamp. It has two large metal or pressed steel hooking parts so you can hang it on top of the picture. Then the hooded shade swivels around so that you can point the light anyway you want it. What a fantastic way to display your vintage and antique art. It measures approximately 9 inches across and the hood is A little over 3 inches in diameter.
