Gorgeous long skirt for Dickens Faire, Victorian/steam punk dress-up, etc.

The waist is elastic- no buttons or zip, just step right in. The skirt has two layers: the bottom layer is full-length, the top layer is doubly-ruched (front only) and the ruching is adjustable.

The back has a bow tie for adjustment (and for looks!)

The last photo is of my daughter wearing the skirt (along with a black corset top that I also have up for sale). This listing is for the skirt only.
