Westmoreland Pressed Glass Diamond & Sunburst Toy Child Punch Bowl 7 Piece Set Or sometimes called "Thumbelina"
I believe it was made between 1906 and 1912.
This beautiful set is in good shape. One cup is missing a handle. The rim of the punch bowl has a divat in it. I thought at first it was a chip but I believe it was left in the making of the glass.
