 Slide rails and sprockets and make the other necessary changes.

The engine is sealed with a new shaft seal.

Your engine will get a high-quality repair from us.

This means that the following work steps are carried out:

• Removal of the engine

• Disassembly of the attachments and their testing as far as possible 

• Removal of the oil pump and the timing case

• Adaptation of the control housing for the use of the duplex chain 

• Renew the timing chain set (both timing chains are now duplex timing chains) along with all sprockets, tensioners and slide rails 

• Conversion of the vacuum pump only with Nissan original parts !   

• Replicas of the shaft of the vacuum pump from the internet are not used!

• Sealing of the control housing using new O-rings and sealing compound

• Sealing of the oil pump and oil pan using new sealing rings or sealant

• Installation of the engine along with attachment of the ancillaries

• Refilling the engine with quality oil and replacing the oil filter    

• As a specialist for engine repairs, we can offer all other work on and around the engine

• Save on costs for changing the clutch because the engine is already removed

• Test of injectors when removed is possible for an additional charge

The prerequisite for the successful implementation of the timing chain conversion is the functionality of the engine. If there is already damage to the engine or the attachments, please let us know in advance. If we find damage to the engine or the ancillary units during the timing chain conversion, we will inform you of this. A necessary replacement of other parts on the engine can lead to additional costs. In such a case, we will inform you about the additional costs and only after consultation with you or the after approval by you, continue the work. The decision on the necessity of individual repair steps is made in principle according to the technical requirements and our general terms and conditions.

You will receive one 12 month warranty on the work carried out and on the parts replaced.

After the repair has been carried out, we will arrange a pick-up date with you, at which time you will receive the invoice upon acceptance
