Unsure of the fabric type, as this is a handmade item, but front feels like cotton/cotton blend and back feels like synthetic.
Size is approximate based on measurements and fit -- please note there is no stretch in the fabric. Most of the dress fits freely but shoulders and bust are firm. Shown on a size 8 mannequin.
