Experience the freedom of FAST data, talk, and text in the USA with our T-Mobile SIM card. No contracts, no credit checks, and cancel anytime. Here's how it works:

Physical SIM Card Activation:

Select a shipping method, and  We'll ship you a triple cut T-Mobile SIM card via USPS Stamp Mail, and the first month's plan is included with this order - future months will be at the normal rate listed below. Please allow up to 24 hours for service activation. Message us when you receive your sim card, and we will activate the sim card. 

Select Local Pickup to avoid paying an unnecessary shipping charge. After checkout, send us the details required (mentioned below) and we will activate - typically within an hour.

Feature:

Our SIM card comes with the option to add a $5 Mexico/Canada Roaming Feature, which includes 5GB roaming data in Mexico/Canada. You can also choose the $15 NA Stateside International Calling feature. Please note that the Canada & Mexico feature is optional for both plans, and there is no hotspot available in these countries. Please check the T-Mobile coverage map in Canada & Mexico before making a purchase.

The features are added when you create your own T-Mobile prepaid account. We do not pre-add them to the order. 

Returns/Cancel Policy:

Our service is prepaid, and therefore we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once activated.

Activation Details:

A new number will be issued by default. You can choose your area code if available, but you cannot choose your number. Please note that if you activate the SIM card through any other means besides contacting us, you will have to pay the full price, and this offer will be voided. You cannot have the SIM card activated somewhere else and then ask us to fund it for you. Only through us will you get the discount!

Phone Requirements:

To use our SIM card/service, you need to make sure that you have a non-blacklisted, clean IMEI, unlocked VoLTE 4G, 5G GSM, or VoLTE 4G, 5G T-Mobile phone. This SIM card will not work in tablets or standalone hotspot devices - it is only compatible with cellphones and their built-in hotspot so that you can connect your other devices to the phone's hotspot.

Activation:

You can schedule your SIM card activation with eBay messaging to us. Upon receipt of the SIM card, contact us by eBay messages for account activation. Once you authorize the activation, no refunds will be given.

Activation Hours:

Our working hours are from 11am to 7pm New York time, Monday through Friday. If you need to activate your card, please leave us a message during this time and allow us up to 24 hours to activate your phone card. Generally, we will activate it within 1 hour. If you are using an eSIM card, please use an unlocked iPhone X or above and include your phone's IMEI and EID numbers in your message. To find your phone's IMEI number, dial *#06# from your phone and it will be displayed.
