This Department 56 Heritage Village Collection item appears to be in un-touched condition.  The foam is all tapes, so I did not attempt to open any of it.  Any purchase is greatly appreciated.  These beautiful collectibles need to be with people who enjoy and appreciate them.  I am disabled and unable to enjoy them. Therefore, I sincerely pray that someone does.
