DISPATCH TIME

We will dispatch your order on the DAY OF THE PURCHASE if ordered by the cut off time (11am Monday-Friday) If your order is received after this time we will dispatch the next working day, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
We do not ship on BANK HOLIDAYS this would include dates such as New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Delivery Option

Free delivery is offered on all our products, this would mean the item are either shipped via:
Royal Mail or Evri on a 2-3 day service 

REMOTE POSTCODE DELIVERY

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, & Northern Ireland is offered for these areas, courier services typically take longer obviously due to the distance it needs to travel. Some of our product will incur EXTRA charge for the shipment to above destination.

 EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We provide a faster delivery service at an extra price this will be an option at checkout when an order is placed.

Faster deliveries may not be available on these postcodes and there may be an additional charge: AB31-56, BT (all), HS (all), IM (all), IV (all), KA27-28, KW (all), PA20-80, PH15-50, TR21-25, ZE (all).

We have created this 30 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

If an item are still in original condition, we accept returns and will provide a full refund, if there is any damage to the original packaging or items you may not receive a full or no refund depending on the condition of the items .

You can also open a return case via eBay and choose a reason for the return there, please make sure the correct reason is chosen. You will also find the details of the address were you will send your items, please send items with a tracking number so we can verify the returns.  

INCORRECT OR NOT WORKING GOODS

If the item you have received is incorrect or not working we will cover the return postage fee for the item, please open a return request via eBay.
