* Item is clean and tidy please inspect pictures.

* Item is tested however the latest BIOS may not be installed, if this is required please ask prior to us shipping.

* Please check manufacturer model as listed above or from the model printed on the motherboard in the pictures (google the title usually will get the link needed) for compatible RAM and CPU.... DO NOT assume that because the socket is the same you CPU will work... this is not the case and you need to check or ask me!

* Only whats in the picture is supplied, if you dont see an I/O Plate/Shield, manuals, drivers or whatever then its not included in the sale.

* Most suitable to replace your current same model motherboard, If you are replacing a different model motherboard check the motherboard stands are in the correct locations.

* This item is suitable for competent installers and experienced PC assemblers only... The motherboard is fragile, especially the CPU pins in the socket it does not take much to damage them. As such I have included a photo of the CPU socket, no bent pins from clumsy installation will be accepted back for warranty because this is NOT covered by warranty.

* Warranty is 30days, the motherboard is from our spare stock and is no longer needed however in most cases the manufacturer warranty has expired. Warranty does not cover other parts being faulty your installing onto the motherboard.

* And absolutely no guarantee is made that this item will fix any of your computer problems, your problems (if you are fixing a computer) may not be what you think and your technical skills are determining the outcome... We do not accept returns if you find out the motherboard is not the reason your computer isn't working.
