Natural real rubies and diamonds set in solid 18k yellow gold that can be worn as a brooch or as a necklace. Necklace chain is not included.

The design in this brooch/pendant is fashioned after the famous Panthere created by famous jewelry icon Cartier. To be clear though, this is not a Cartier piece.
