The Straw Hat Pirates along with a group of bears are fishing for salmon in a mountain stream and enjoying a barbecue. The text at the bottom right has the word "BEARS" covered by a label reading "PIRATES" creating the message "BEWARE OF THE PIRATES!"
On the very left side of the illustration, a bear warning poster reads "CAUTION!!" The bears depicted here do look ferocious, but at the same time, they resemble plush toys with little eyes like black buttons.
What else can we see here? With his hair tied to resemble bear ears, Franky is happily holding a skewer of grilled salmon. His tank top reads "Les Pavés de l'ours" ("The bear’s paving stone"), from a French proverb based on an ancient Indian text.
A lonely old man become friends with a bear, and they decide to live together. The bear ‘s role was to scare away the flies that troubled the old man. One day, the bear hurls a paving stone with all his might in the garden to scare away the pesky flies around the old man's face...
The Straw Hat Pirates mean well, and so do the bears. The fact that they are so cheerful, and innocent makes them even more dangerous.
