Upgrades

Within 60 days since purchasing your package, if you decide you want something with a little better you can send it back to us and we'll happily upgrade your order, however what is sent back to us must return brand new and include your products' original box and all of its original contents and inserts (such as the booklet).

To begin your upgrade process, you need to contact our Customer Services Department through the eBay messaging system, who will assist you with your upgrade and send you a RMA number for the return of the existing item. Rest assured, our team are entertainment industry experts and are there to listen to and discuss any ideas or issues you have with your product, imparting wise advice on which product would be ideal for your requirements.

It is important to note that accepting any upgrades will result in having to pay the difference in the cost of your upgrade, along with any carriage (postage) fees that are applicable.

Replacements

We take great care in our packaging process but in the event of your parcel arriving damaged or if you notice a manufacturing fault of any kind, you're within your rights to a replacement within 60 days of purchase.

To request a replacement, please contact our Customer Services Department through the eBay messaging system, stating your issue and we'll assist you in this process. This normally will consist of receiving an RMA number, sending the item back to our distribution centre where our team of engineers will ascertain the situation and send out a replacement accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so ElectroXtra's promise is that if you have any issue with your chosen products within 60 days of ordering, be it an unwanted item, damaged or faulty you can simply return what you bought for a refund.

Unwanted Returns

If you're within 60 days since placing your order and your item is still in an condition 'as good as new', you are able to return your item back to us for a refund.

Customers must contact our Customer Support Team through the eBay messaging system to inform them that they'd like to return an unwanted item and our team will then provide you with a RMA number to attach to the packaging before sending it back to us at our distribution centre. Customers must pay for any costs related to returning the item as we do not offer a collection service for unwanted items.

Please note: If our team receives an item back that in a quality that is not ‘as good as new', a restocking fee may also apply.

Faulty & Damaged Returns

If you've discovered a fault with your item within the first 60 days since your order, we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one at no cost to you. However, if you'd prefer a refund instead on your purchased item, we'll also be happy to process a refund.

Please reach out to our customer service to return a faulty or damaged item. We'll need to issue you a RMA number for the return of this item and also sort out a collection time for us to get the item in mention picked up from you, assess the item and then if applicable, process a refund.

If you have found yourself with an item that you bought from us over 60 days ago, refunds are no longer accepted but you can still return items to us for repair within your 2 year warranty.

Warranty

You have a 2 year warranty on your purchase, this means if you go over your 60 day limit and your product breaks, you can send it back to us* and we can attempt a repair. However, if we discover that the product has a manufacturing fault that results in the item being unrepairable we will instead offer a replacement for you.

If during our investigation, we've discovered any user error or misuse with the item, we will instead provide you with an engineer report of the problem and advice on how to prevent future damages, as well as reach out to you to discuss proceeding further. The warranty will run for a maximum of 2 years from your purchase date. If a replacement is issued, this does not result in a new warranty being provided.

*All warranty returns that are sent back to us will be at your own cost, whether that is postage costs or any other additional carriage fees. We can reimburse up to a maximum of £20 if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.

Please note: We DO NOT accept any returns without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) returns number attached to the outside of the packaging. To clarify, this is so that we can offer you the highest quality Customer Service and we are able to track your return when it arrives back at the distribution centre. Any returns without an attached RMA number will, unfortunately, be rejected on arrival.

As mentioned you must retrieve an RMA number by contacting our Customer Services Team through the eBay messaging system. Your return will be evaluated by our engineers to determine the validity of the case at hand, if the product is found to be in a used condition or indeed there is anything missing from or including the original box we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs in relation to the condition we have received your return. Please inform our Customer Service Team through the eBay messaging system upon submitting your case if there has been any accidental damages, as this will help your refund case.

Finally, if any items, accessories or packaging are scratched, damaged or missing upon arrival with us, you will need to make a claim with the courier company that you shipped the item with to avoid deductions. Upon request, we can provide photographs for you to supply to the courier, however, we cannot be held liable for the cost of this loss.

How do I find the item number or product code?

When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked to give the product code or eBay item number of the item. The eBay item number is in the top right-hand corner of the Description tab on the listing (it's quite small!) The product code of the item is displayed in orange text to the right hand side of the main image in the description. It will be displayed as a seven-figure code e.g. 'Product Code: BBA1234'.

Can I amend my order?

Before dispatch: you can amend your order, or cancel your order at any time. If your goods have already been dispatched, then you will have to follow our Returns Policy for unwanted items. This only applies to items that are within 14 days of the delivery date.

What if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact our Customer Service department through the eBay messaging system.

What if the item(s) received are faulty or damaged?

Firstly, contact Customer Service using the details above, they will give you a returns number to return the item and will send a courier service to pick up the package (only within 14 days of receiving the item). What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal for all items and orders. We also accept other payment methods on items over £20 (Visa / MasterCard and credit card payments) and for payments over £100, we accept a personal cheque. Please note that a cheque transfer may take up to 10 days to process, however. On items under £10, an immediate payment is required.

How quickly will the payment go through?

Payments made by PayPal is instant, card payments over the phone are instant and personal cheques / PayPal E-Cheques take up to 10 days to process. We also offer finance.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

Will you reserve an item for me?

On a case-by-case basis, we may allow you to place a deposit to reserve an order. What are my rights of cancellation on reserved items?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order after we agreed for you to pay a deposit (i.e. you have reserved an order but not paid the full amount for the order), your deposit is not refundable. This is mainly to cover abnormal costs incurred by us, like (but not limited to) custom products, design work taken place, cancellation of 3rd party contracts (e.g. installers), storage costs, etc. In the event that our incurred costs are lower than the deposit taken, we may choose (at our discretion) to offer you a partial refund of your deposit.

What is the warranty period on ElectroMarket products?

All of our products come with a 1 year warranty from the day of receiving the item. The warranty covers manufacturer faults and does not cover misuse of the item, for example a 'blown out' speaker. Some manufacturers offer a direct extended warranty. Please check the listing for details.

How much will the delivery cost be?

We offer free standard delivery, and offer a paid express delivery service & international service. Which delivery companies do you use?

The courier chosen to deliver your parcel(s) will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased, as well as your location. We use DPD, Royal Mail, UK Mail and Hermes for UK deliveries, and DHL for international deliveries. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with a tracking number if you have selected 24 hour or 48 hour couriers.

All deliveries will require a signature so please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. The couriers will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

Upgrades

Within 60 days since purchasing your package, if you decide you want something with a little better you can send it back to us and we'll happily upgrade your order, however what is sent back to us must return brand new and include your products' original box and all of its original contents and inserts (such as the booklet).

To begin your upgrade process, you need to contact our Customer Services Department through the eBay messaging system, who will assist you with your upgrade and send you a RMA number for the return of the existing item. Rest assured, our team are entertainment industry experts and are there to listen to and discuss any ideas or issues you have with your product, imparting wise advice on which product would be ideal for your requirements.

It is important to note that accepting any upgrades will result in having to pay the difference in the cost of your upgrade, along with any carriage (postage) fees that are applicable.

Replacements

We take great care in our packaging process but in the event of your parcel arriving damaged or if you notice a manufacturing fault of any kind, you're within your rights to a replacement within 60 days of purchase.

To request a replacement, please contact our Customer Services Department through the eBay messaging system, stating your issue and we'll assist you in this process. This normally will consist of receiving an RMA number, sending the item back to our distribution centre where our team of engineers will ascertain the situation and send out a replacement accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so ElectroXtra's promise is that if you have any issue with your chosen products within 60 days of ordering, be it an unwanted item, damaged or faulty you can simply return what you bought for a refund.

Unwanted Returns

If you're within 60 days since placing your order and your item is still in an condition 'as good as new', you are able to return your item back to us for a refund.

Customers must contact our Customer Support Team through the eBay messaging system to inform them that they'd like to return an unwanted item and our team will then provide you with a RMA number to attach to the packaging before sending it back to us at our distribution centre. Customers must pay for any costs related to returning the item as we do not offer a collection service for unwanted items.

Please note: If our team receives an item back that in a quality that is not ‘as good as new', a restocking fee may also apply.

Faulty & Damaged Returns

If you've discovered a fault with your item within the first 60 days since your order, we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one at no cost to you. However, if you'd prefer a refund instead on your purchased item, we'll also be happy to process a refund.

Please reach out to our customer service to return a faulty or damaged item. We'll need to issue you a RMA number for the return of this item and also sort out a collection time for us to get the item in mention picked up from you, assess the item and then if applicable, process a refund.

If you have found yourself with an item that you bought from us over 60 days ago, refunds are no longer accepted but you can still return items to us for repair within your 2 year warranty.

Warranty

You have a 2 year warranty on your purchase, this means if you go over your 60 day limit and your product breaks, you can send it back to us* and we can attempt a repair. However, if we discover that the product has a manufacturing fault that results in the item being unrepairable we will instead offer a replacement for you.

If during our investigation, we've discovered any user error or misuse with the item, we will instead provide you with an engineer report of the problem and advice on how to prevent future damages, as well as reach out to you to discuss proceeding further. The warranty will run for a maximum of 2 years from your purchase date. If a replacement is issued, this does not result in a new warranty being provided.

*All warranty returns that are sent back to us will be at your own cost, whether that is postage costs or any other additional carriage fees. We can reimburse up to a maximum of £20 if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.


Help Us to Help You - RMA Numbers

Please note: We DO NOT accept any returns without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) returns number attached to the outside of the packaging. To clarify, this is so that we can offer you the highest quality Customer Service and we are able to track your return when it arrives back at the distribution centre. Any returns without an attached RMA number will, unfortunately, be rejected on arrival.

As mentioned you must retrieve an RMA number by contacting our Customer Services Team through the eBay messaging system. Your return will be evaluated by our engineers to determine the validity of the case at hand, if the product is found to be in a used condition or indeed there is anything missing from or including the original box we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs in relation to the condition we have received your return. Please inform our Customer Service Team through the eBay messaging system upon submitting your case if there has been any accidental damages, as this will help your refund case.

Finally, if any items, accessories or packaging are scratched, damaged or missing upon arrival with us, you will need to make a claim with the courier company that you shipped the item with to avoid deductions. Upon request, we can provide photographs for you to supply to the courier, however, we cannot be held liable for the cost of this loss.

How do I find the item number or product code?

When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked to give the product code or eBay item number of the item. The eBay item number is in the top right-hand corner of the Description tab on the listing (it's quite small!) The product code of the item is displayed in orange text to the right hand side of the main image in the description. It will be displayed as a seven-figure code e.g. 'Product Code: BBA1234'.

Can I amend my order?

Before dispatch: you can amend your order, or cancel your order at any time. If your goods have already been dispatched, then you will have to follow our Returns Policy for unwanted items. This only applies to items that are within 14 days of the delivery date.

What if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact our Customer Service through the eBay messaging system.

What if the item(s) received are faulty or damaged?

Firstly, contact Customer Service using the details above, they will give you a returns number to return the item and will send a courier service to pick up the package (only within 14 days of receiving the item). What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal for all items and orders. We also accept other payment methods on items over £20 (Visa / MasterCard and credit card payments) and for payments over £100, we accept a personal cheque. Please note that a cheque transfer may take up to 10 days to process, however. On items under £10, an immediate payment is required.

How quickly will the payment go through?

Payments made by PayPal is instant, card payments over the phone are instant and personal cheques / PayPal E-Cheques take up to 10 days to process. We also offer finance.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

We communicate with our customers throughout the entire transaction process. A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment, after dispatch and information will be emailed regarding delivery & courier services.

Will you accept offers on price?

Will you reserve an item for me?

On a case-by-case basis, we may allow you to place a deposit to reserve an order. This might be for, but not limited to, designing/manufacturing/sourcing/buyer bespoke or non-stocked products for a special order. Our standard deposit is 30% of your gross order value, however this is subject to change depending on the nature of the order.

What are my rights of cancellation on reserved items?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order after we agreed for you to pay a deposit (i.e. you have reserved an order but not paid the full amount for the order), your deposit is not refundable. This is mainly to cover abnormal costs incurred by us, like (but not limited to) custom products, design work taken place, cancellation of 3rd party contracts (e.g. installers), storage costs, etc. In the event that our incurred costs are lower than the deposit taken, we may choose (at our discretion) to offer you a partial refund of your deposit.

What is the warranty period on ElectroMarket products?

All of our products come with a 1 year warranty from the day of receiving the item. The warranty covers manufacturer faults and does not cover misuse of the item, for example a 'blown out' speaker. Some manufacturers offer a direct extended warranty. Please check the listing for details.

How much will the delivery cost be?

We offer free standard UK delivery with all UK deliveries for all products. If you require a different service, for example next day delivery, then the delivery cost will depend entirely on the item itself. In the item listing, go to the Postage & Payment tab to view delivery options and costs.

Can I track my delivery with the courier?

Yes you can, if you have chosen a 48 hour or 24 hour courier delivery method. Full details of your tracking number and courier information is sent to customers once their item has been dispatched. Can I come in store and collect my item(s)?

You can only collect an item if the payment is made in store, we do not accept collection if an item has already been paid for online.

Can I reserve item(s) that I intend to buy later?

Sorry - we do not accept reservations on items.

How can I return my item?

Depending on whether the item is unwanted or faulty/damaged, we have slightly different returns policies. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, and must be packed in the original box with all components that it came with (manuals, leads, stands, etc) inside of the box as well.
