Delivery & Shipping
1. If you are in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Turkey, please provide your CNPJ / CPF / VAT number if send via DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT, or we will change the shipping way to EMS/China Post without informing.
2. If you are in Russia, please provide your full name.
3. Via DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT, there will be extra charge $45 occurrred if your address is the remote one.
When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 3 days once your payment is completed.
Please provide your correct name, shipping address, Zip Code, Phone number, E-mail address to ensure you can receive the items with the information you provide. It will not be our duty, and payment will not be refunded if buyer does not provide the correct shipping information.
There is differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be caused by import into your country. These additional fees may be collected at the time of delivery. We will not refund the payment for refused shipments.
We provide a 12 - month warranty. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
We provide maintenance but will not bear any joint and several liability.
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. Once we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
Return will be accepted only if manufacturer's defect. Please contact us within 30 days after you receive the item and provide a clear digital photo which can improve the problem of the item. The buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
