Light Doesn't turn on

Clock mechanism/hands are loose.

Shows normal cosmetic use.

Plug in and can hear a humming noise, also though sometimes you can plug in and hear no noise.

Estate find, the company said they had the light on at 1 point.

Selling AS IS for parts or repair.  I don't have time to take apart and fix at the moment.

Comes with a string on back, not hooked up.  Not sure if it came off or has always just been taped on back.

Clock has great color.

The second hand is a little bent.
