Attention

• The price does not include VAT tax. If needed, you will pay the tax to eBay or your local Customs department.
• Wheels must be installed in a professional manner by professional mechanic, company or qualified person. By ordering VMX products you accept these terms.

Handling time

• 2 business days. Wheels are built according to orders, please allow 1-2 days for building and dispatching, thanks.

Shipping

• Usually the wheels are shipped from Finland by Finland Post. Customized orders will be shipped from our factory.
• Shipping time varies from countries but usually, it takes 5-14 business days for delivery. 

Warranty

• One year manufacturer defect warranty on wheels (including hubs, rims and spokes), provided wheels are installed by professional company or mechanic. Incorrect installation or use voids the warranty. Technical assistance is available within 7 days.

Return accepted

• Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
• In case of installation of fitting issue you must always contact us for technical assistance. For safety and responsibility reasons, possible installation or fitting issues must be investigated and solved at first. Replacement / return / refund can only be solved once true reasons are known. Thank you for your understanding.
