Payment
- We require payment within three days of purchase. Items that are not paid for with in the time will automatically be relisted and an unpaid item case will be open on the buyer.
- Partial refunds of postage are not given.
Returns
- If you receive an item and it is not what was listed, please contact us through the eBay message system and we will do our best to correct the situation.
- Returns: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase.
- Buyer pays return postage on all items that are returned due to no fault of the seller.
- Refunds: Only items that are returned to us unopened and in their original condition and packaging will be refunded. Any items opened, damaged after being received by the buyer or not in the same condition as they were sent, will not be refunded.
- Our items are obtained mostly from estate sales, antique shops or our own collection of previously loved treasures. We strive to put photos on each listing that best show the item and its flaws, but we are not experts and may occasionally miss something. It's important that all photos and the descriptions should be carefully reviewed, and questions sent to us through the eBay messaging system prior to purchasing or placing any bid.
Packaging and shipping
- Great care is taken in packing your purchase to ensure that it arrives to you in the same condition that they left our home. Most of our items have one day shipping. Please see individual listing to verify.
- We package and ship the day after your payment is received so that it will arrive to you as quickly as possible. We have recently experienced delays with shipping that have occurred after packages have been given to USPS. These delays are unfortunate and frustrating, but once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over the delivery delays.
- We do not provide returns or refunds for items due to shipping delays after we have given the package to USPS.
