·         Refunds given accordingly without the need to open a case or leaving feedback on damaged goods etc. We always aim to help our customers resolve problems quickly.

·         Please allow up to 10 working days for post items to be delivered before escalating claims. We use Royal Mail 2^nd Class and this can at times take longer when there are pressures in the system. Please see my feedback to affirm our customers often report speedy delivery, it is rare but delays can happen.

·         Next day delivery can be provided upon request after a sale, you can choose other post options in the sale item if you wish for speedy delivery. Experience is that the 2^nd class parcel has been overall quite quick, with the occasional delay beyond predicted delivery date.

Vintage Items: Please read the description on vintage items. Vintage items are normally sold as seen, not cleaned or touched to prevent damage to valuable or collectible items, many vintage buyers wish the item to be in the original vintage condition, cleaning devalues many of these items. Cleaning and/or renovation work is down to the buyer. Only buy if you are happy with the description and photos, please only buy if you are happy that these items will look vintage and old.   

Used Items: Second hand items are just that, so they may be missing some pieces and have signs of use.  All used items are cleaned, sanitised and conditioned where possible.

POSTAGE:

·         All items are sent by 2^nd Class Royal Mail unless you have stated otherwise, which is tracked when delivered to customer only.

·         Royal Mail as a trusted service and although it is slightly higher in cost, reliability and tracked post brings peace of mind. Current reviews show Royal Mail providing better service than the equivalent providers.

·         Please be mindful that 2^nd Class can be slow – all items are packed and posted every morning on all sales made after 9am the prior day.

·         Purchases will normally have a 1-day handling time. Then the 2^nd Class post time. this is to  keep costs as low as possible.  Should you want faster mail, please message after purchase.

·         Weekend & Bank Holiday Purchases will be sent first working day following the break (ie Monday Morning)
