The sheet is sealed inside its own manufacture's plastic. The plastic and its sticker label, however, may have dusts, marks, dents, scratches, scuff, and/or specks of stains on it. The sheet of gift wrap paper may have creases and bent. It may also have wrinkles and folding creases. I have never removed the item from the package, so I am unaware of the condition of the gift wrap inside the plastic. The sheet is sealed by its own plastic wrap.
