This is a Rare Vintage Elizabeth Arden signed Gold tone Flip to Happy or Sad Face Crescent Moon and Star Pin.
You can wear the pin up (sad/sleeping face) or down (smiling up at the star). The pearlized plastic star can move but not so much when you are wearing it.
It measures 1 5/8" x 2".
Very good condition.
