The hardcover is intact with shelf wear (rubbing) to edges, ends and corners as pictured. There is a small puncture to the spine-rear cover join. Superficial scuffing.

The page margins (seen when book is closed) are clean. 

Inside:

The binding is firm and intact.

Inside the front and back covers is clean, apart from a name that has been covered over in white out inside the front cover and an uncovered inked name inside the rear cover.

The pages are intact. Pages show signs of foxing/light tanning and what look to be some cooking stains.
