UNUSUAL Victorian Sterling DOMINICK & HAFF MACARONI SERVER Serving Fork 11” 96g


This rare Dominick and Haff Sterling Silver server measures 11” in length and weighs 96 grams or 3 ounces.


It was made circa 1885 in New York City by the renowned 

silversmiths Dominick & Haff.


The handle sports a graduated bead design and bears the hallmark of Dominick & Haff STERLING. 

 A fancy engraved design leads to the beautiful tuned scoop.


The reverse had a light fancy monogram engraving BMB.


Excellent condition, with no dents, bends or repairs.

 Lovely antique patina. Hand buffed only.


This is quite an unusual piece.

 It certainly would make a bold statement on a holiday table.


I have owned this piece for decades and have never seen a similar. 

Quite possibly this is a one of a kind piece.

*Dominick & Haff was an American silver manufacturer based in New York City. It was co-founded by Henry Blanchard Dominick and Leroy B. Haff in 1872, incorporated in 1889, and it closed down in 1928. The firm designed pots, mugs, centerpieces, spoons, serving pieces, tea sets and kettles.

Examples of their superb craftsmanship can be seen at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum, Cooper Hewitt, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Fine Arts , Houston, and the Rhode Island School of Design Museum.
