The locomotive runs well but is a little louder - you should therefore grease it a little yourself. The digital sound is fine and sounds great, it can also be heard to a limited extent in analogue operation

Prototype: From 1959 onwards, a general repair (GR) was carried out on a number of locomotives at the Reichsbahnausbesserungswerk (RAW) in Stendal, in which only the war-related "refinements" had to be dismantled and worn components or assemblies that were too weak had to be replaced. During the general repair, only the standing boilers and steering racks were replaced. The locomotives retained their original serial number.
