Extraordinary Antique Edwardian Infant Baby / Small Child's Hand Made Dress ca. early 1900's, possibly for Baptism or Christening
Very pretty long cream colored dress, thick blanket type cloth, made for warmth with double lining in the chest area, and single lined throughout remaining with beautiful "soutache" type hand embroidery work along the collar as well as underneath the collar surrounding the dress. Pinch pleating around the chest area as well as very lovely floral embroidery encircling the lower half of the dress.
Beautiful and unique piece of collectible children's clothing!
