This is a pair of late 18th-century rare Exeter hallmarked very large (28.5cm) George III antique silver table/dinner knives.

The silver handles are in octagonal form, hallmarked on both sides with sterling silver lion passant marks and the maker's mark RT.

The carbon steel blades stamped PRESTON.
