The vest has two way stretch fabric, and the synthetic side panels have mechanical stretch meaning that you'll have more freedom of movement while wearing the vest, and it won't feel too tight for a comfortable fit, and the vest can be stowed into the left pocket to make carrying and storing it a cake walk.
