Description
A rare antique Victorian unmarked but tested 9 ct gold propelling pencil and dip pen. Hand engraved foliate scrolls design main body. The pencil has a twist action tip which extends & retracts the pencil lead mechanism. All pencil mechanisms are in excellent working order. The pencil comes complete with fitted period leads in a beautiful nib packet. I will also include the 9 period fitted new old stock nibs of spares to keep you going. date C 1880 Stunning rare collectors item, I have included fitted 1.4 mm lead and lots of spares to keep you going. The stunning citrine finial hides a pot lead store.
It has charming engraved initials FAW on the barrel.
It is museum worthy you will not find a better example unless you borrow my time machine.
The beautiful presentation gift box is included in the sale. This would make a stunning present or indulgent treat.
