It was purchased at the Disney Ana convention held at Disney World in Florida, USA in 1996. There is also a certificate.
I think it is quite rare as it has a special back stamp that is not found in the regular version.

Brand new and unused. It has been stored in the box and was opened for the purpose of taking photos.
