We ask all our customers to check your order upon arrival. Please do not sign for any item as received in good condition if you find any sign of damage to your order. We will be happy to resolve any damaged in transit issues but we do ask that you refuse to accept the delivery if the item arrives with damage.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. In all cases we ask that returned items are provided back to us in an un-used state; in their original packaging.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item - please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to resolve any issues promptly If you have purchased an item by mistake or you simply change your mind; please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
