Here is a Historical clock from WW1 made in 1916 right in the middle of the war. The serial numbers on the case are the same for the clock.

This is an exceptional example with a beautiful dial in nearly perfect condition

The base is not original but it was specifically made for a Chelsea clock and will come with the clock so it can sit on a desk or mantel'

The clock runs well including the second hand. I believe the the clock numbers were at one time glow in the dark.

It will polish up like new or you can leave it as is for the patina look that will happen gradually over time.

The dial reads " CHELSEA CLOCK CO. BOSTON U.S.A.  U.S.A. NAVY DECK CLOCK #2 "

Also has a great looking Second Hand Dial which works perfectly.as well as the Fast slow adjustment.
