We use a variety of different delivery methods which include Parcelforce, Myhermes and Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of your item or your location.  We ALWAYS aim to post your items within 2 working days of your cleared payment so they are usually with you pretty quickly.  If you have not received your item within a fair time please contact us and we will look into it for you.  Please remember that if your item is delayed or not delivered we will look into it and resolve the issue for you but we can only do this if you let us know it has not been received.55
