NOS dogbone style, lightweight aluminum handlebar stem. I measured reach at 120-125mm, depending on if measured at top or bottom of stem clamp (it’s angled). I measured bar clamp size at 22.5mm, clamp fully closed. I believe this clamps a 1” bar. The steerer clamp size appears to be for a 1-1/8”. I do not know the angle of the rise on this. These were purchased new by me, around 20 years ago for a couple lightweight MTB builds I never completed. Maybe you can use them. Sold each, but 2 are available.
