This is a brand new PuchiBag Petsak dog carrier. It is made for very small dogs up to 7 pounds in size. The overall dimensions are: 13.5" long, 5.5" wide and 10" tall (on its tallest end - the height slopes to 7" on other end).
It has a soft green fabric outer and has a single strap to carry over your shoulder. Additionally, it comes with an elasticized safety cord, mesh panels for airflow, outer pouch, and a soft cushion on the bottom that is easy to remove. There are metal feet on the bottom as well.
