This is a Vera Bradley early experimental prototype square tote bag purse in the Lilac Time, which is in the green Delft pattern. It has the green Designs label. The purse is square with a Lilac Time border frame on each side with shoulder length double handles.
The bag is in good unused condition and no problems to note.
The purse is 12 inches tall, 14 inches across the top, 4 inches deep with a 13 inch strap drop.
