This beautiful Wood Duck (Aix sponsa) Drake decoy with glass eyes was hand-carved and hand-painted by well-listed Illinois River Decoy Carver, Wendell B. Sheerman in 1986. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is apparent in every aspect of this 13 inch long x 6 inch wide x 6.5 inch tall work. The base is inscribed by the artist, “W.B.
