*Worldwide shipping. The post office can change delivery permissions to any country at any time: either to put restrictions on postal service or to give postal service permission, that is not within our control.

*Delivery time may vary, especially during holidays either of the sending country (Costa Rica) or of the destination country. Furthermore, Saturdays and Sundays should not be counted. 

*The parcels are sent with traceable number.  

*When placing your order, we need you to indicate your identity number or your passport number. It is a new requirement to make the shipment according to the current postal regulations. If you could not indicate this information we would make the shipment but WE ARE NOT responsible for the correct delivery of the package. We can give you the tracking code to facilitate the route information of your package.

*It is not allowed to send items to post office box, legal entities such as companies, institutions, organizations among others.
