This listing is for a complete set of TIM BURTON'S: THE PLANET OF THE APCES: THE MOVIE trading cards. The set was produced by TOPPS in 2001 and consists of 90 different cards in all (#1 - #90).

 
This card set was released in conjunction with the opening of the theatrical release of the PLANET OF THE APES movie. Inspired by the classic TV series, this card set features full color images taken directly from the movie which starred Mark Wahlberg, Tim Roth, Helena Bonham Carter, Michael Clarke Duncan, Paul Giamatti, Kris Kristofferson as well as cameo appearances by Charleton Heston & Linda Harrison.
 
The card backs each offer up detailed information about the movie plot which is set on a planet ruled by English-speaking apes who rule with horrific brutality & it's the humans who are kept in cages!
 
There's also information about the characters & more, including a Behind the Scenes subset which features some with Tim Burton at the helm.
