The manufacturer has apparently labeled the size incorrectly for this top, as the bust measurement around is 60 inched, which is most accurately described as a size 5X. I have listed it as a size 5X, accordingly. Please note the four pics documenting the pit-to-pit measurement across the back laying flat.

30 inches pit-to-pit across back laying flat, plus about two inch stretch.
