Combined shipping question? My blanket policy is this - media can only be combined with other media for combined shipping. I take $1 off second item, and third, but four or more total items on a combined invoice is $2 off each additional past the first so four auction/ BIN items on one invoice is $6 off, 5 items = -$8, 6=$10 off etc
