This listing is for a used, cartridge only copy of Outrun for the Japanese Sega Mega Drive (MD, Genesis). It is in good/acceptable condition with some wear. The front label has some noticeable scratches, wear, and scuffing (see photos). The shell has some scratches and wear.

See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis Model 3, or a clone system to play this game.
