This is a serviced Underwood “Finger Flite Champion” portable manual typewriter from 1951. It has been serviced and cleaned, though some small dust may remain in hard to reach areas. This of course doesn’t affect anything. All type slugs have been fully cleaned so each letter leaves a clean, crisp imprint on the paper when typing (see photo of type test). It also has a brand new dual color ink ribbon.

As a collector of typewriters I have to say this machine is one of the most attractively designed ones that I’ve seen. The facets on the body panels just make it look great. It’s truly a working work of art for your desk.

Also included is the original case which has a few scuffs and little wear, especially for an item of its age.
